Parametric programming in Fanuc control system
Hynčica, Vojtěch ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on the use of parametric programming family of workpieces. The practical part includes the design of production technology and the creation of a parametric programs for the production of a given group of workpieces using a workpiece measuring probe. The use of common and system variables can be applied to the toolpath programming and the measurement of workpiece offsets, workpieces and machined areas by a workpiece probe and for measuring and checking tools using a tool probe. Measured values can be used in conditional programming to increase the level of automation of the manufacturing process.
Heidenhain tools for programming of CNC machines
Farka, Jan ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
Modern machine tools are equipped with control systems, which are the imaginary brain of the whole machine. These control systems are developed, further managed, and constantly innovated by many companies, so it is clear that there is a kind of competition in the field of control systems. The aim of this work is mainly to describe the possibilities of one of the greats among developers of control systems from the company Heidenhain and also a thorough comparison of this system with systems from other manufacturers. Last but not least, other Heidenhain products and their possibility of use in practice will be presented in the work.
Fluorescence probes to study the properties of hydrogel systems
Máčala, Jakub ; Venerová, Tereza (referee) ; Mravec, Filip (advisor)
This bachelors thesis is focused on possibility of selected fluorescent probes for study of properties of hydrogel systems. Chosen probes are Prodan for polarity study, HPTS for measurement of pH of the probe environment and platinum complex [2,6-Bis(2-pyridyl)fenyl-C,N,N]chloroplatinum(II) for its unique fluorescence properties and potential of energy transfer studies in hydrogel systems. Spectral properties of fluorophores were defined in selected set of solvents with different polarity with steady state fluorescence spectroscopy method. Properties of HPTS probe were also tested in buffers with different pH. Subsequently, hydrogels based on hyaluronan-septonex and dextran-SDS with incorporated fluorescence probes were prepared. Steady state fluorescence measurement of fluorophores from hydrogel were made using fluorimeter optical fibres. It was found, that probes Prodan and HPTS are suitable for study of polarity and pH of hydrogels and probably they will be able to be used for study of hydrogel with other techniques, like fluorescence microscopy, however platinum complex is, due to the low fluorescence intensity and possible quenching by polar water environment, probably not suitable for other measurements.
Laboratory exercises for ultrasound medical imaging
Jordánek, Tomáš ; Králík, Martin (referee) ; Mézl, Martin (advisor)
This thesis is about ultrasound imaging systems. In the beginning, there are described ultrasonic waves and principles of physics. Next part is about clinical use of ultrasound system. There are described modes of imaging and probes used in practise. Doppler systems are also mentioned. Next part is about evaluation of image. In practical part of my thesis I am evaluating quality of image produced by GE Vingmed Ultrasound System Five REM. From this part had been created a laboratory exercise about basics of working with ultrasound systems. Next semester, I worked with ultrasound produced by 3B Scientific. There were made several laboratory exercises for this ultrasound and they were tested. For scanning in B-mode was made simple construction. Last part was about creating own phantom.
Evaluation of Control Measuring Machine (CMM) and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
Dolák, David ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Opl, Miroslav (advisor)
This is a bachelor´s thesis concerning the retrieval of coordinate measuring maschines used in many different industries, in the science, but in medicine also. The main structure of the work consist of familiarization with these machines, thein history and construction. Conclusion of the work is devoted to areas where these machines can be found and current trends to be concerned with this problems.
